- Chair internal strategy meetings, create agendas, and oversee follow-through initiatives.
- Conduct advanced technical research to provide trusted consultation on complex tax and accounting matters.
- Oversee billing, work-in-progress (WIP) management, and financial controls for client portfolios under your leadership.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software systems, with the organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities that inspire trust in both clients and colleagues.
