- Provide editorial guidance and ensure standardization of governing and technical documents in line with OPG Nuclear's requirements.
- Review, edit, and verif
- y documents for compliance with approved formats, terminology, and process standards; suggest improvements as needed.
- Apply investigative techniques to ensure proper process, approval, and issuance procedures; monitor document schedules and conduct audits.
- Collaborate with clients to define document scope, structure, content, and deadlines; resolve issues related to definitions, approvals, and content.
- Write, update, and maintain administrative and technical documents; manage governance and change management webpages for accuracy.
- Uphold health, safety, and technical standards in all documentation activities.
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2-year course from community college in relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Strong ability to grasp and clearly explain complex technical concepts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and effective leader; able to work independently and collaboratively
- Results-driven and detail-oriented, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes
- Worked in and are comfortable with a variety of software programs
