Because why not do it all?WHAT TO EXPECTAs an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Brantford, ON plant, you will be a Production Operator.This role is part of our production team, responsible for assembling various sizes and product lines of tube or hydraulic hose assemblies. Assemblers operate equipment to build, cure, process, cut, package, and prepare products for shipment. The majority of, the workday is spent using production machinery to ensure products meet our high-quality standards. You'll join a supportive, team-oriented environment where collaboration is key, and every product is crafted with care for our customers. Operates, monitors, and maintains manufacturing machinery to produce goods efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include assembling products, performing quality checks, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, and recording production data. They ensure smooth production flows, meet quotas, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.Key responsibilities (to name a few):
  • Performing assembly tasks
  • Utilizing a variety of tools and machines
  • Working in a team supporting the safety, productivity, and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Constantly demonstrate safe working habits and follow all safety requirements.
  • Examine materials visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards.
  • Operate machine controls including recognizing warning devices on machines throughout the process.
  • Plans, evaluates, sets up and runs needed equipment and verifies compliance.
  • Use of scanners & internal production systems
