Building Maintenance Technician (Handyman)

- Perform building detail and operate building detailing equipment
- Perform MHE battery maintenance and repairs
- Perform and document preventative maintenance/repair, as required, on designated DC fixtures (overhead doors, dock plates, etc.) and equipment located at the DC
- Perform and document scheduled inspections of designated tools, equipment and the workplace
- Take required training for building repairs and property maintenance
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Knowledge of most aspects of property maintenance
- Ability to perform a wide range of building repairs
- Ability to think creatively, develop and adjust repair techniques as the situation requires
- Able to perform minor plumbing repairs
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge and use of equipment such as: Forklift, order picker, power cart, pallet jack
