- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) data entry into internal ERP system (training provided)
- Manage document flow and process purchase orders.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, and cross-train on bills of lading.
- Update inventory data and keep accurate and organized filing systems.
- Use your initiative to keep busy during downtime and find what needs to be done.Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a small office environment and taking on multiple duties.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel.
- The ideal candidate should be independent and not overly social.
- A strong sense of accountability and the ability to work in a moderate-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to stay busy and find what needs to be done.
