- Lead a small team of labourers to execute 5S projects throughout the mill.
- Assist the mill general supervisor with planning and organizing area outages.
- Plan, lead, and execute continuous improvement projects throughout the mill.
- Identify opportunities and assist with process optimization across the mill.
- technologist diploma in any discipline;
- five to eight years of work experience, ideally in a mine or mill setting;
- equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
- leadership skills and the ability to lead a small team; and
- work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.
- lean Greenbelt certification;
- ability to apply fundamentals of lean philosophy (5S, value stream mapping, etc);
- experience using SAP based maintenance applications; and
- MS Project or other scheduling tool experience.

Salary Range: $124,510 - $155,640Safety Sensitive SitePreference will be given to Residents of Saskatchewan's North (RSN).The Key Lake operation is located in northern Saskatchewan and operates on a two week on/two week off rotational schedule. Employees commute to the site by aircraft from designated locations in Saskatchewan.The physical and psychological safety of our employees is a top priority at Cameco.
