- Identifying and implementing new revenue opportunities within our Entertainment portfolio.
- Building a deep understanding of key industry trends, understanding competitive offerings and highlighting gaps and opportunities to create differentiation between Rogers and our competition.
- Engaging with sales, operations and customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring products deliver the best entertainment experience.
- Working within the Product Management team and a wide array of cross-functional teams to create business cases.
- Presenting business cases to Rogers leadership teams to gain alignment on moving to execution.
- Key stakeholder in developing the Rogers Entertainment roadmap.
- Initiating and assisting new product launches acting as an SME in partnership with our Product Development & Integration teams.
- Providing critical input in prioritization of initiatives impacting the Entertainment portfolio.
- Building relationships with external industry partners, content providers, vendors and other operators.
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the success of revenue strategies and product initiatives.
- Providing regular reports and insights to management on revenue performance and market trends for your specific portfolio.
- Focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving revenue growth.
- Passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Strong product management, business management, marketing experience
- Experience in the entertainment, content, streaming, gaming industry an asset.
- Ability to analyze data, understand financial analysis and models, build financial and customer forecasts.
- Ability to deliver results without direct authority.
- Ability to think creatively and develop unique solutions.
- Strong ability to simplify complex situations, escalate appropriately and gain alignment across partners.
- Experience presenting to senior leaders.
- Very strong communication and presentation skills and ability to negotiate conflicts between teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint.
- Self-starter with proven ability to take complete “closed-loop” ownership & accountability of projects, demonstrating flexible thinking.
- Effective planning and monitoring skills required for execution and follow-up on programs in a multi-tasking environment.
- Comfortable with deadlines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
