Additional training will be provided. Necessary skills and attributes to be successful in this role include:

proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
an entrepreneurial spirit, specifically one who is willing to take a risk to create opportunities;
excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
ability to build strong relationships across the organization; and
a high level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
Prior audio and lighting experience required
Technical aptitude required
Class 5 Driver's License
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift over 50 lbs
Must be able to work on a flexible, on-call schedule, including weekends, evenings and daytime
Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
Aerial lift certification and fall protection certification are preferred
