We are dedicated to protecting every child and serve all working families and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.We are seeking entry-level benefits specialists who will be responsible for explaining clients permanent benefits they are entitled to through the labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well with a team and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Engage with clients via phone and zoom to explain our permanent products and benefits
  • Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner to meet company standards
  • Proficiency with Zoom
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Education requirements: High school Diploma
  • Experience working in a team environment or in position of leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Zoom Platform
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
