
(Winter 26) Geology Co-op Student

- Drill, blast and excavation monitoring in regard to the mine geology grade control standards;
- Logging core;
- Any other tasks that the senior grade control and/or production geologist might identify.
- Student must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or technical program in any kind of Geosciences, Geological Engineering or related fields;
- Students must be enrolled in a formal Co-op program.
- A strong ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as a member of a team is required.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to handle change.
- Demonstrate a high level of energy, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written as well as presentation skills required.
- Promote a safety mindset and approach to ensure that all projects and activities carried out comply with safety regulations and AEM standards.
- Schedule: 14 days of work, followed by 14 days for transportation and rest;
- Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides charter flights to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
