Implement technology-enhanced learning solutions to improve employee readiness and job performance in logistics operations. Apply effective training techniques such as flexible learning, behavior reinforcement, and time management to ensure learner engagement and success. Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment, encouraging questions, hands-on participation, and ongoing development. Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in training delivery, logistics operations, supply chain, operations management, or a related field. OR equivalent experience These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Reliability Status screening: This position requires that the successful candidate obtain and maintain a Reliability Status security screening with the Government of Canada. 4+ years of hands-on experience in logistics systems, including warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), inventory control, and operational workflows. 2+ years of experience in delivering training programs, workforce development, or project management. Strong analytical and written communication skills for reporting training outcomes and operational feedback. Expertise in operational planning and project execution with a results-oriented mindset. While English is a bona fide occupational requirement due to technical and specialized tasks requiring the use of English, proficiency in verbal and written communication in French is considered an asset and preferred.
