Range: 53,600.00 - 80,400.00 CADJob Description:Business Coordination Specialist (Contract up to April 2027)We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to ensure daily tasks are organized and essential quality standards are aligned to the departments conduct and manage responsibilities and developing a deep understanding of current business processes, collaborating with stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives.YOUR ROLE IN THE GAMEReporting to the Senior Manager LBG Systems & Product, you will be empowered to:Supports the completion of business tasks to ensure a consistent and standardized approach across initiativesAssists in the development and maintenance of documentation for new and updated business policies and procedures, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows, to support effective technology implementationIdentifies, tracks, and helps assess risks such as prioritization conflicts, dependencies, and constraints; contributes to status reporting and activity trackingCollaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business objectives and meet established timelinesProactively identifies opportunities to streamline business requirements, processes, and workflows through continuous improvement effortsFollows established processes and organizational standards to ensure work is well‑organized and effectively supports Senior Business System SpecialistsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAMEEducation & Experience:1+ years of relevant experience in a medium-to-large business environment; Gaming experience and/or knowledge of Gaming Management Systems (GMS) is an asset.Post-secondary diploma/degree in business administration or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Knowledge of technology practices and business approaches; proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook etc.Relevant Skills:Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, organization, and time management and attention to detail skillsLicenses, Registrations, Certificates:AGCO Category 2 Gaming Assistant Registration (Initiated at offer stage - employment is conditional upon obtaining and maintaining this license)BENEFITS OF JOINING THE WINNING TEAM
