- Lead Management: Handle inbound sales inquiries efficiently across phone, email, and chat from initial contact to resolution.
- Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage a sales pipeline during slower periods, ensuring all leads are nurtured.
- Resolution: Use first-contact resolution to answer questions, address objections, and finalize transactions within the initial conversation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities within Salesforce.
- Product Expertise: Stay knowledgeable about products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, ideally in a contact centre or multi-channel environment.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma completed.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Salesforce and pipeline management; ability to handle multiple digital interactions simultaneously.
- Track Record: Proven ability to exceed sales targets while delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset for problem-solving.
- Bilingualism: Written and verbal fluency in both English and French is mandatory
- Asset: Previous contact centre experience within the financial services industry.
