We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as BAS Controls Technicians. This is an amazing opportunity to showcase your skills and grow your career in a dynamic and innovative company.As a BAS Controls Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of Building Automation Systems. Your essential job functions will include:- Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of BAS equipment- Diagnosing and troubleshooting BAS issues- Repairing or replacing faulty components or parts- Installing new BAS systems and ensuring their proper functioningTo excel in this position, you must have the following skills:- High School Diploma or equivalent- Certification as a BAS Controls Technician- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Building Automation Systems- Working knowledge of BAS and their inner workings- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation- Clean driving recordYou know as well as I do that this industry is recession-proof since every bank, church, and skyscraper requires Mechanical Services.
