Yes, this is an existing open position.Compensation: CAD $18.71/Hr.RESPONSIBILITES:Responsible for ensuring customer happiness and enjoyment at your assigned table game.Conduct assigned games in strict accordance with Seminole Gaming’s compliance and procedures.Actively build and retain guest relations, providing outstanding guest service.Deal cards accurately and at a pace defined by your supervisor and guests.Handle all monies accurately, including bankrolls, payoffs, and making change.Maintain game security, including the capability to reproduce bets/situations when necessary.Follow department and company policies, including those related to business ethics and regulatory requirements.Support the Hard Rock culture and philosophy within the department and throughout the property.Ensure the protection of customers' rewards and credit lines.Deliver an outstanding guest service experience that fosters guest happiness and enjoyment!QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- At least two years of experience working in a Class III gaming environment as a Table Games Dealer.
- Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited Gaming School or equivalent.
- Must be able to handle two primary games with a high level of proficiency.
- Excellent customer service and talent relation skills are essential.
- Must be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk distances.
- The employee must frequently lift/push/pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but there will be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, excessive noise.
