At Vosyn, you will have the opportunity to engage with a fast-growing global organization with diversity of thought, experience, and cultures.About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Web Development Expert to serve as a trusted advisor and mentor for our tech leads and team leads. In this role, you will provide strategic technical guidance across the entire web development stack, sharing your deep expertise in modern web technologies, architectures, and full-stack development best practices. Your guidance will ensure our projects are performant, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry standards, particularly in the realm of cross-platform application development.Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the team in evaluating and adopting optimal tech stacks for full-stack web development, considering both current and emerging technologies, with a focus on cross-platform compatibility
  • Provide expert-level mentorship on all aspects of cross-platform web application development, from front-end frameworks and state management to back-end architecture and API design
  • Lead architectural decisions and design patterns to optimize scalability, performance, maintainability, and security across the entire application stack
  • Advise on database selection and management strategies, including both SQL and NoSQL solutions
  • Share best practices for API design and development, including RESTful principles, versioning, and documentation
  • Offer guidance on implementing media streaming solutions using DASH and HLS
  • Provide expertise in implementing robust authentication and authorization mechanisms
  • Share insights on front-end performance optimization techniques and testing methodologies
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of proven experience in full-stack web application development, with emphasis on cross-platform applications
  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks like Next.js and React; familiarity with Electron
  • In-depth understanding of client-server architecture, containerization using Docker, backend REST API development
  • Expertise in Django and Python
  • Experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases
  • Hands-on expertise in implementing media streaming solutions using DASH and HLS
  • Proven experience in implementing secure coding practices and authentication/authorization mechanisms
  • Strong understanding of various testing methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated success in providing technical leadership and mentoring
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with WebSocket-based real-time systems
  • Expertise in front-end performance optimization techniques
  • Experience with cloud deployment and scaling strategies
  • Knowledge of modern state management solutions
  • Experience in mentoring development teams
