- Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls in a courteous manner.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and retrieval to support daily operations.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure proper record-keeping practices are followed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and comply with organizational policies.
- Conduct regular audits of records to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline record management processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all record-related activities.
- Previous experience in records management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for receptionist duties.
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Familiarity with industry regulations related to record-keeping is an asset.
- Experience in a detail-oriented services environment is preferred.
