Our three main operating divisions include: Construction Management, Electrical Contracting and Communication Cabling.About the RoleWe are currently seeking applications from Apprentice Electricians interested in joining our established teams in Charlottetown, PEI!As an Apprentice you will work alongside a Journeyman Electrician, taking direction and accomplishing the tasks assigned to you each day. You will learn how to:
Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code and project specifications.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
Install PVC, EMT and galvanized steel conduit systems.
Install, replace, and repair distribution equipment and electrical controls such as switchboards, panelboards, and disconnect switches.
Work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Education & Requirements
High school diploma or grade 12 equivalent.
Valid Driver's License and vehicle.
Willingness to travel within the Maritimes, compensation offered for travel related costs
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
