You will own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents, as well as proactively monitor vacancies to achieve leasing targets. You will support with collecting payments, inspecting the property and facilitating resident moves and maintenance requests. What will you need to succeed:
Experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field.
Leadership experience is an asset for the Property Manager role.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office.
Property management software knowledge is an asset.
Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements.
Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills.
Highly organized and detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locations.
