- Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather requirements from various departments.
- Analyze business processes, identify pain points, and define automation opportunities.
- Document and communicate automation solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Design and architect robust and scalable automation solutions using a variety of tools and technologies.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices, security standards, and company architecture.
- Develop detailed technical documentation and design specifications.
- Implement and integrate automation solutions, including robotic process automation (RPA), workflow automation, and other relevant technologies.
- Oversee the deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance of automation solutions.
- Monitor automation performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automation solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations, finance) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technologies and industry best practices.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new automation tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required. Master's program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience as an Automation Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong technical skills in RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, IFTTT), scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), Next.JS/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing and delivering automation projects on time and within budget.
- Strong desire to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
