Mentorship is built into the culture, and you will have the opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to impactful work.About the RoleOur client is seeking a Healthcare Technologist to support the planning, design, and technical delivery of healthcare projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical capabilities who enjoys working within multidisciplinary teams and understands the coordination and regulatory complexity of healthcare environments. You will be involved across all phases of projects, supporting everything from early design through to construction documentation and administration.Key Responsibilities
  • Support healthcare projects through all phases, from concept design to construction
  • Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, models, and technical documentation using Revit
  • Assist in the delivery of both renovation and new build healthcare projects, including hospitals and clinical environments
  • Coordinate with consultants and project teams to ensure well integrated and resolved design solutions
  • Contribute to construction documentation, detailing, and technical coordination
  • Participate in site reviews and construction administration activities as required
  • Maintain awareness of healthcare standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, knowledge sharing environment
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally with healthcare or complex institutional projects
  • Strong technical skills with experience producing coordinated construction documentation
  • Proficiency in Revit and standard architectural production tools
  • Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and detailing
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborative mindset and interest in long term professional growth
