- Act as the “quarterback” on go-to-market strategy for new product launches within the Consumer Wireline portfolio (Internet & TV), supporting strong customer experience and business outcomes
- Partner with cross functional teams including Product, Sales, Operations, IT, Pricing, Marketing to support launch readiness, dependency management and on-time delivery
- Analyze post-launch performance and results, supporting strategic insights, opportunities and recommendations to inform optimization and future launches
- Contribute to product positioning, value propositions and customer messaging
- Create compelling and strategic marketing presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment with executives and key stakeholders
- 2+ years marketing experience, telecommunications experience or project management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects and work streams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable working with data
- Strong business acumen, with an appreciation for the need to analyze information, determine what it means for the business and quickly execute in an ever-evolving competitive environment
