Our Government Client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to lead and support complex application development initiatives.Job Title: Senior Full Stack Software DeveloperJob Location: Toronto, ON/HybridJob Description:Must Haves:15+ years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years in software development.Expertise in Java, J2EE, EJB, STRUTS, Spring Boot, Web Services, XML, Angular, Node.JS, PL/SQL, Oracle, IBM WebSphere.Strong knowledge of DevOps tools, Agile/SCRUM/Lean methodologies, AODA compliance, PDF/report generation, vulnerability assessment/resolution.Proficiency in UI development, database development, shell scripting, and interfacing Java with relational databases.Understanding of Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle Application Suite, and ability to extract information from legacy systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full software development lifecycle: design, coding, integration, testing, documentation, and deployment.Build user-facing web applications and backend components, ensuring high performance and compliance with government IT standards.Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and architects to validate requirements and deliver defect-free solutions.Design and optimize database queries, scripts, and data migration components.Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, prepare deployment packages, and support system performance and availability.Deliver quality, secure, and well-documented solutions aligned with Government of Ontario standards.
