- Lead the entire formulation and product development lifecycle, from initial concept to finalized product.
- Develop and refine formulations to enhance product performance and meet customer needs.
- Conduct reverse engineering to identify opportunities for cost savings or performance improvements.
- Supervise and mentor a team of technical experts, ensuring excellence in laboratory execution.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality control, and commercial teams to align product development with organizational goals.
- Present technical findings and provide support to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all development processes.
- Drive innovation by staying updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
- Oversee product testing and validation to guarantee reliability and effectiveness of formulations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in formulation development, with a proven track record.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams effectively.
- Hands-on experience in product testing, formulation refinement, and laboratory work.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, and product development methodologies.
- Knowledge of chemical engineering principles and laboratory techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organizational objectives.
