- Own paid social strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Translate GTM priorities, product messaging, and campaign briefs into channel-specific plans.
- Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns end-to-end: audience segmentation, targeting, bidding, pacing, and testing.
- Lead creative direction for paid social, developing platform-tailored creative frameworks and partnering with Brand & Content to shape concepts, hooks, and messaging.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, creative AI, automation platforms) to improve workflows, accelerate ideation, and optimize creative and targeting efficiency.
- Ensure platform hygiene, troubleshoot issues (tracking, UTMs, integrations), and maintain strong operational foundations.
- Serve as the primary owner of StackAdapt's paid social program, collaborating closely with our performance marketers to ensure unified planning, insights, and measurement across channels.
- Provide secondary support for paid search and programmatic channels as needed, gaining exposure to search best practices through cross-training (experience a plus, willingness to learn required).
- Monitor daily and weekly performance to optimize targeting, placements, creative, and bidding strategies.
- Build and manage multi-touch, full-funnel campaign structures supporting awareness, engagement, retargeting, and pipeline acceleration.
- Apply attribution models effectively and contextualize social performance across the buyer journey.
- Develop hypotheses and execute testing roadmaps designed to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- Identify new platform features, beta opportunities, and competitive trends to strengthen performance.
- Partner with Integrated Campaigns to align paid social activation with goals, timelines, and content plans.
- Work with Product Marketing to refine audience positioning, value propositions, and narrative angles.
- Collaborate with Brand & Creative on paid-first storytelling, creative direction, and asset development.
- Align with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, scoring, routing, and CRM data flow (HubSpot expertise preferred).
- Support international regions (EMEA, APAC) by advising on paid social best practices and adapting strategies as needed.
- Own paid social dashboards and reporting cadence across weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals.
- Track KPIs across awareness, engagement, CPL, conversion rates, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.
- Deliver QBR-style insights decks that communicate performance, learnings, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor industry benchmarks and competitive activity to inform testing and strategic adjustments.
- Act as StackAdapt's paid social expert, raising channel understanding and performance expectations across the team.
- Document playbooks, workflows, testing frameworks, and best practices for ongoing optimization.
- Provide informal coaching on paid social strategy and execution.
- Independently manage high-visibility programs and escalate only when strategic direction is needed.
- Champion strong QA, operational excellence, and a bias toward action.
- 3-5+ years of experience in paid social or digital advertising (B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech preferred).
- Hands-on executional expertise across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social retargeting strategies.
- Experience with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube) is a plus; willingness to learn is required.
- Experience running Display, Native, CTV, DOOH ads through a platform like StackAdapt is a plus; willingness to learn is required.
- Strong understanding of attribution, UTM strategy, CRM integrations (HubSpot preferred), and data interpretation.
- Ability to translate business objectives into intuitive, high-performing campaign architectures.
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer behavior and how paid social drives full-funnel growth and pipeline acceleration.
- Exceptional creative instincts paired with analytical rigor.
- Strong cross-functional communication and alignment skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, project management, and channel troubleshooting capabilities.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
