- Experience collaborating with various business leaders and problem solving to maximize business performance - Passion for efficiency and optimizing resources is key

- Developing business plans that maximize revenue and profitability in all personal insurance distribution channels:
- Retail community branch offices (in-person)
- Dealership partnership offices (in-person)
- Contact centre (phone, digital)
- Participating as a key member of the senior management team, directly influencing the business priorities and strategies through leadership and insurance expertise
- Creating and executing strategies to drive cross-selling initiatives
- Establishing and implementing short-term and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures alongside the COO
- Driving new business growth in conjunction with VP Sales-Personal Insurance by analyzing business performance metrics, market trends and assuming responsibility for the execution of client retention strategies
- Leading and working in collaboration with the VP Sales-Personal Insurance with both the establishment and execution of a service model strategy that will continuously elevate client experience across the various personal insurance channels
- Partnering with HUB’s business leaders, key stakeholders, and the learning and development team, execute on strategies in retaining and developing talent
- Establishing, executing, communicating, and managing client experience strategy
- Executing consolidation strategies across HUB’s PL teams and business channels
- Primary on all personal insurer partnerships – in collaboration with CMO and PCMT leader
- Managing insurer partner relationships, initiatives, changes, escalations
- Partnering on strategic sales initiatives with insurer partners in conjunction with VP Sales- Personal Insurance and PCMT leader.
- Track and manage team metrics and reports to leadership regularly
