- Act as the primary face of the organization, greeting and welcoming guests at the North Vancouver reception desk.
- Ensure an exceptional guest and staff experience by maintaining a high-energy, welcoming, and organized environment.
- Process service requests promptly, supporting various departments across the business administration and design spectrum.
- Coordinate, order, and maintain all office supplies and inventory to ensure zero downtime for the teams.
- Conduct daily rounds of common spaces, meeting rooms, and kitchens to ensure they are functional, stocked, and meet brand standards.
- Provide hands-on support for event setups and key business meetings, ensuring all technical and logistical needs are met.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Executive Assistants to prepare for scheduled guest arrivals and candidate interviews.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to evolve the workplace experience.
- Actively contribute to a team culture of safety, reliability, and disruptive evolution.
Skills
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality mindset (experience in retail or restaurant environments is highly valued).
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with the ability to navigate various personality types and departments.
- High level of attention to detail and a proactive "eye" for facility upkeep.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to remain organized and multitask effectively during "peak seasons" and high-traffic milestones.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn workplace management platforms (such as Office Space).
- Collaborative working style with a focus on community and team success.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service-focused role (Hospitality, Retail, or Restaurant experience preferred).
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for the outdoors and a commitment to "doing what is right," even when it isn't the easiest path.
- Ability to be physically present on-site at the North Vancouver location daily.
- High level of professional integrity and reliability.
- Proven ability to adapt to new technology and evolving business processes.
