- Use considerable tact and diplomacy to provide communication, information and reception services, administrative support functions and other duties relating to program activities as assigned by the Manager and/or delegate.
- Exhibit current working knowledge of applicable computer systems and software programs.
- Maintain general knowledge of business office procedures such as establishing and maintaining filing systems, typing a variety of non-technical material and maintains levels of stationary supplies.
- Grade 12 plus two (2) year’s recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Ability to keyboard 5000 keystrokes per hour.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions and adapt to changes.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
- Ability to analyze, problem solve and take initiative.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
