This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing complex mixed-use building operations in a remote northern environment.This position is ideal for an experienced facilities or operations leader with strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and boiler operations, combined with proven people leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a northern community setting. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, reliability, and long-term performance of approximately 500,000 sq. ft. of mixed-use residential, commercial, and hospitality assets.
