Our company is partnering with a well-established litigation law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join its practice on an urgent basis.This is a senior-level opportunity for a litigator who thrives in complex commercial disputes and is looking for meaningful responsibility, client contact, and long-term stability. The firm is seeking someone who can step in and run files with minimal oversight while collaborating closely with leadership on strategy.Position: Commercial Litigation Lawyer
Experience Required: 5+ years
Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 base salary Open to higher compensation for the right experience
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office-based with flexibility)The OpportunityHandle sophisticated commercial litigation matters from inception through resolutionTake a lead role on files involving business disputes, contracts, shareholder issues, and related commercial mattersDraft pleadings, motions, facta, and other substantive court materialsManage discoveries, mediations, and settlement negotiationsAppear before courts regularly and contribute to trial strategy and preparationMaintain direct client relationships and provide strategic legal adviceMentor and support junior lawyers as neededIdeal Background5+ years of commercial litigation experienceStrong experience running files independentlyExcellent written and oral advocacy skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high expectationsActive license and good standing with the applicable Law SocietyThis role is being treated as urgent, and the firm is motivated to move quickly for the right candidate.
