- Owns enforcement of the Agile practices and ceremonies
- Provides advice and guidance to the Agile project team, as required, regarding best practices in Agile project management
- Manages Work In Progress Limits, making sure the team is not working on too many stories/tasks at once, and helps them get into a flow of starting and completing work in a predictable manner
- Knowledge about different frameworks /Scrum Kanban
- 10 years of extensive Stakeholder Management experience
- 10 years of Advanced knowledge of PMLC, SDLC and best practices
- 10 years of expertise in Metrics Management
- 8 years of large-scale Agile framework experience
- 10 years of experience with Confluence and Jira
- 5 years of experience in payments
- PMP
