We are currently seeking an Finance MBA or Master's level intern for a challenging experience based Internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will be contributing to business analysis, capital markets engagement, and financial modeling. This is designed largely as a remote placement however can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement/applied learning internship you'll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and largely different from any other internship. It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great compliment to your academic investment.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business analysis to evaluate financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in capital markets engagement activities, such as investor relations, private equity discussions, funds, and grants strategy.
  • Contribute to financial modeling efforts to assess investment opportunities, forecast financial outcomes, and support financial planning.
  • Develop comprehensive financial business plans to drive growth initiatives and funding activities.
  • Support the development of valuation models for potential investments and assist in financial due diligence.
About You:
  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's program in finance, accounting, or investment management, or a related field. Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial concepts and methodologies.
  • Excellent proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform complex financial analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present financial information.

  • Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
  • Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship.
