The Head of Category Management is responsible for leading Mopar Canada's category strategy across parts and service programs, with accountability for revenue growth, gross margin, and dealer performance.This role provides end-to-end ownership of category performance, including pricing, incentive programs, vendor management, and go-to-market execution, while working closely with Field Operations and North America teams to drive business results.Primary Responsibilities:Category Strategy & Performance
  • Lead category strategy and execution across retail, wholesale, and collision channels
  • Monitor and drive performance across revenue, gross margin, and operating income
  • Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, product mix, and overall category performance
Incentive & Commercial Programs
  • Support the design and management of dealer incentive programs
  • Ensure programs align with business objectives and financial targets
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance data
Dealer & Field Collaboration
  • Partner with Field Operations to support dealer adoption and execution of programs
  • Contribute to the development of tools and processes that enhance dealer performance
  • Address operational challenges related to policy, pricing, and program implementation
Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Manage relationships with external vendors supporting marketing and program delivery
  • Lead RFQ/RFP processes and support vendor selection and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Finance, and North America teams
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and support a team of product line managers and analysts
  • Establish clear objectives and performance expectations
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented work environment
Analytics, Forecasting & Reporting
  • Support annual and quarterly sales forecasting processes
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver performance updates to leadership

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive or related industry
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Power BI
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in aftersales, parts, or service operations
  • Experience with pricing, incentives, or category/program management
  • Experience working with dealer networks
  • Leadership experience managing teams
