What & WhyOur client is hiring a Technical Project Manager to support delivery across multiple software development initiatives. This is a hands-on technical delivery role, not a traditional administrative PM position.
You will be responsible for driving software projects from planning through release, working directly with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams in a fast-paced product environment. The role requires someone who can understand technical constraints, support engineering execution, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with developers, understands how software systems are built, and wants exposure to complex, real-world engineering challenges in an AI and video analytics environment.WhoThe organization is a technology company specializing in intelligent video, AI, and data solutions that improve safety across transportation systems. The company is engineering-led, fast-moving, and highly collaborative, with a strong focus on building practical technology that has real-world impact in transportation safety and monitoring systems.You:
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management within a software or technical environment.
  • Background in software development OR strong experience working closely with engineering teams in a technical delivery role.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how software is built and released.
  • Experience managing technical projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers and translate technical discussions into execution plans.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
  • $100,000 - $120,000 base salary.
  • Extended health, dental, and vision.
  • 3 weeks vacation.
