Empty garbage dumpsters.Check daily inventory and make adjustments to daily production planned.Set up pasteurizer-tanks/silos/lines for daily production.Prepare vitamins for daily production.Mix batches of dairy by-products and do associated testing required with batch making.Co-ordinate batch making operations with filler production.Maintain batching and pasteurizing records.Wash up system manually and through a CIP system.Operate CIP unit and perform wash up procedures on tanks, trucks, silos and raw lines.Receive and complete testing on incoming raw milk. Operate case washer.Must be able to work with various types of chemicals.The profile that shares this sense of contribution:Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent.Able to operate a controlled computerized panel.Knowledge of good manufacturing and sanitation practices.Have or willing to obtain milk grader’s certificate.Accept direction and complete in reasonable period of time.Previous experience on a production line would be an asset.Must be open to a changing schedule based on production need including nights, weekends, and holidays.A role with purpose and lasting impact.Agropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
