Supporting excavation crews on sewer, water, and site work projects
Assisting with grading, trenching, backfilling, and compaction
Working around heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Installing and handling materials such as pipe, fittings, and aggregates
Maintaining a clean and organized job site
Performing general labour tasks as required
Following all safety procedures and contributing to a safe work environmentWhat you bring to the team
Previous construction or excavation experience is an asset
Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and crew leads
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing demanding tasks
Reliable and able to work well with a team
