Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Branch Manager to join their leadership team. In this key role, you'll lead all aspects of store operations, from achieving financial goals to building a high-performing, motivated team. As Branch Manager you will foster a positive, inclusive environment through employee engagement and store events, while also managing the behind-the-scenes business functions like dispatch, shipping, and their delivery fleet.Your ability to engage and connect with your team and customers will ensure your ability to identify commercial sales opportunities and ensure exceptional service at every touchpoint. As the successful candidate, you will take ownership of the branch's P&L, inspire leadership at all levels, and champion continuous improvement. Your entrepreneurial spirit will shine as you work closely with sales and purchasing teams to uncover new opportunities for growth and innovation.To thrive in this role, you should have at least five years of management experience in a commercial or industrial setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead with both vision and heart. A safety mindset, familiarity with technology (especially Microsoft Office), and the ability to sell technical products are all essential. An undergraduate degree is a bonus but not required.
