- Schedule and arrange efficient and accurate diagnosis of reported problem
- Meet & greet customers in-person or via the phone
- Experience with CDK
- Make repair & preventative maintenance recommendations
- Follow up with customer's to ensure their expectations were met/exceeded
- Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports etc.
- Follow all organizational safety standards
- Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
- Position involves sitting for long periods of time
- Involves the use of office equipment and computers for long periods of time
- A minimum of 1 year experience
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Confident approach with customers to understand their needs
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
