The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the business operations of the Centre of Teaching, Learning and Scholarship (CTLS). Working closely with the Dean and CTLS Leadership Team, the Operations Coordinator supports strategic and operational planning, facilitates projects and initiatives, monitors budgets and financial activities, coordinates human resources processes, oversees operational procedures, and acts as a central connector for CTLS.The position serves as a liaison across academic and service areas, fostering collaboration and representing the priorities of CTLS. Through proactive and collaborative coordination, the Operations Coordinator contributes to divisional efficiency, effectiveness, and the advancement of teaching, learning, and scholarship excellence at Red Deer Polytechnic.
