Your Role on Our Team: Show Home Host (Junior Sales Support)As a Show Home Host at Minto, you'll be the welcoming face of one of our newest master-planned communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in real estate while learning from an experienced sales team. You'll support the day-to-day operations of the Sales Centre and show homes, assist with customer inquiries, and help create a warm, professional, and engaging experience for all visitors.In This Role, You Will:
  • Greet and assist prospective homebuyers and Realtors visiting the Sales Centre and show homes.
  • Provide general information about the community, home types, and availability (training provided).
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the Sales Centre and show homes.
  • Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks such as preparing marketing materials, organizing documents, and updating basic customer information.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing visitor traffic logs.
  • Help track and document customer feedback and questions for follow-up by the Sales Team.
  • Learn and use basic CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to support lead tracking and communication.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to grow your knowledge of the real estate sales process.
  • Work weekends and some evenings as part of a rotating schedule.
We Would Like You to Have:
  • A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
  • The ability to travel to and from the Sales Centre independently.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is an asset.
