Legal Administrative Assistant – Estate & CorporateA well-established, professional firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support a busy Estates and Corporate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex files, working closely with clients, and playing a key role in a collaborative team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support on estate administration matters, including preparation of correspondence, court materials, and related documentationAssist with corporate files, including incorporations, reorganizations, annual maintenance, and general corporate recordsDraft, revise, format, and proofread estate planning documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, and trust documentsLiaise professionally with clients, financial institutions, and other third parties; coordinate document execution and witnessingProactively manage calendars, key dates, limitation periods, bring-forward systems, and internal/external meetingsMaintain and organize complex legal files (electronic and paper) with strong attention to detailSupport meeting preparation, presentations, and special administrative projects as requiredHandle time entry, monthly billing, and expense processing from start to finishQualifications & ExperienceGraduate of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program3-5 years' experience in a law firm or professional services environmentExperience in estates, trusts, and corporate law strongly preferredExceptional organizational skills and attention to accuracyAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe; experience with FileSite/iManage and Elite 3E considered an assetStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced practiceSalary $60K to $75K plus full benefits.
