I am seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual for a part-time position, providing care for a fully mobile Senior Lady living comfortably in her own apartment. The preferred start date for this position is as soon as possible. Your role will include a range of responsibilities including housekeeping and meal preparation, light pet care duties, assisting in dressing and grooming and, most importantly, providing Alzheimer/Dementia care. Experience with Dementia is highly desired and a crucial component of the job. The desired work schedule is as follows: Saturday mornings and afternoons, and on Sunday afternoons. In total, the working hours would be less than 20 hours per week. The role does require the use of your own automobile, hence a driver's license is a must. This aspect of the job offers you plenty of personal freedom, however, it is also a responsibility that is essential to the proper care of the lady you will be caring for. This is a live-out position, which is tolerant and flexible in terms of your personal living arrangements.
