- General competence in:
- Masonry repairs and repointing
- Working with Brick, Stone, Block, Tile
- Concrete repairs/patching
- Small to medium size concrete projects
- Parging repairs and installation
- Small to medium size patio/wall projects
- Know building codes and materials management
- Possess driver's license & insurance
- Possess tools & vehicle
- Undergo personal screening & background check
- Have smart phone and Internet access
- Customer Service attitude
