Showcase – Home of the Hottest TrendsStore ManagerShowcase is one of North America’s largest retailers of trending products, with stores built around demos, customer engagement, and selling.We’re hiring a Store Manager for a busy store with strong opportunity to grow sales through coaching the team and driving execution. This role is focused on leading on the floor, driving sales, and coaching in real time.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Running a trend driven retail store with a focus on sales and team performance
  • Coaching your team on the floor throughout the day
  • Driving demos and helping your team convert customers into sales
  • Holding your team accountable to sales metrics including add-on selling, loyalty programs, and attachment rates
  • Hiring, training, and building a reliable team
  • Managing daily operations, inventory, and store standards
  • Speaking to your results and opportunities with your District Manager
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of retail management experience
  • Someone who is comfortable coaching and giving feedback on the floor
  • Strong sales focus. Understands how to turn traffic into results
  • Able to stay organized and adjust when things change
  • Leads by example and works alongside the team
  • Comfortable holding expectations while keeping the environment positive
  • Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
