With a strong local presence and top-tier talent, we deliver high-quality services as we help our customers bring their resources to our world.Job DescriptionThis posting is intended to collect Expressions of Interest for potential future opportunitiesAs a Superintendent, you will be responsible for providing overall site leadership, including coaching and mentoring of employees while effectively managing projects, sub-trades and client demand. This position will take a client-centered approach to build and maintain positive relationships to drive successful outcomes. In a diverse and competitive environment, the Superintendent will partner with others to provide a safe, effective, and high standard of service delivery. The Superintendent will always perform work and ensure adherence to ClearWater's core values and exemplary ethical standards
  • Lead and coordinate safe, efficient day-to-day project operations while ensuring compliance with ClearWater and client policies.
  • Supervise and guide ClearWater employees, including labor estimating and workforce planning.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules to meet defined timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring scope compliance, quality standards, and project integrity.
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental programs, manage site safety plans, and complete required administrative duties (claims, invoices, documentation) on time.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated strong leadership with a safe, productive work ethic and the ability to lead by example.
  • Solid mechanical and technical aptitude, including the ability to read, interpret, and follow complex instructions and drawings.
  • Holds required safety and technical training, including WHMIS, CSTS, Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform, and Confined Space certification.
  • Possesses a Journeyperson Certificate (or provincial equivalent) or is a registered apprentice with a recognized provincial authority.
  • Brings extensive field experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role and 10+ years working on industrial or construction sites.
