
Venue Sales Executive

- Execute a strategic sales plan, achieving or exceeding annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective and repeat clients
- Work on site to meet with clients, interact with the team, and ensure timely data is entered into the CRM platform
- Develop event plans, pricing, and proposals aligned with business objectives
- Ensure execution of contracts and payments
- Liaise with internal teams (culinary, operations, coordination) to ensure seamless event plans are in place
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
- Proven ability to sell a venue to the GTA community and beyone for conferences and other events.
- Able to provide statistical data your sales success over the past 3 or more years.
- During an on-site interview, show that you can establish a customer base both from your existing book of business, and by nurturing inbound leads
- Experience with inbound and outbound sales, including cold calling and prospecting
- Strong knowledge of event planning, food & beverage operations, and hospitality best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presentation style
