- 2-7 years of relevant work experience, including exposure to business transformation, operational modelling, service modernization, public sector service delivery, digital solutions and strategy execution.
- An undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Public Policy / Administration or other relevant degree (MBA or other relevant master's degree is considered an asset).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
- Superior verbal and written communication with creative ability to conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions (bilingualism is considered an asset).
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with competing deadlines and rapidly evolving client needs and conditions.
- Strong business acumen with solid analytical skills.
- Commitment to professional and client service excellence with the ability to build solid relationships.
- Ability to obtain federal security clearance (only essential in Ottawa).
- Experience with digital product delivery, advanced analytics and disruptive technologies (intelligent automation, AI & machine learning, cloud) is an asset.
- Experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and related enabling technologies is an asset. Certifications in project and/or program management is also an asset.
