- Lead critical transformation initiatives across Bombardier Defense, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance requirements.
- Design and implement governance frameworks for major organizational changes.
- Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve productivity and quality.
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance process performance.
- Benchmark best practices and integrate them into Bombardier Defense operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management and organizational design.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for VP and CEO governance forums.
- Maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track progress on transformation initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis and trend forecasting.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in transformation, change management, or management consulting
- Defense background is a strong asset
- You have strong expertise in organizational design, governance, and process improvement
- You have proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in large organizations
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in aerospace or defense industry is a strong asset
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
