- Lead teams in the delivery of client cyber consulting engagements.
- Contribute directly to design and execution of high quality, thorough cybersecurity maturity assessments and threat risk assessments. Engagements vary greatly in scope, but at minimum the candidate should have experience contributing to high-quality assessments.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Candidates should be current on the modern cybersecurity control environment and threat landscape.
- Establish consulting relationships with client personnel.
- Demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of complex information systems. Use knowledge of the current IT environment and industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues and communicate this information to the engagement team and client management through written correspondence and verbal presentations.
- Contribute to people-related initiatives, including mentoring and coaching of less experienced team members
- Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills
- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
- Undergraduate or masters' degree preferably in one of the following areas: Information Security, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, and/or other related majors
- Knowledge and 2+ years of hands-on experience with key components of cybersecurity consulting incl.:
- Cyber Assessments and road-mapping,
- network & infrastructure security,
- cyber transformation,
- threat detection,
- incident response,
- vulnerability management,
- security governance,
- risk and compliance,
- security architecture,
- data protection,
- privacy,
- security awareness,
- cloud security
- Experience in working independently or as part of a large team to delivery Cyber services on its own or within large complex projects.
- Practical experience with conducting risk assessments and testing of controls
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of data analytics methods
- Possession of cyber security-related certifications
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
- Security Clearance is preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel

- The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $88,000 to $132,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
