- Ensure fronting decisions with captive partners are translated into executable servicing actions
o Fronting requirements
o Local insurance regulations
o Captive reinsurance structures * Coordinate timely issuance to avoid regulatory or tax exposure
- Ensure underwriting decisions are accurately reflected in:
o Fronting agreements
o Reinsurance cessions to the captive * Flag operational misalignment between agreed captive structure and local execution
- Ensure correct premium flows between Zurich network and captive
- Coordinate timely captive premium flow and allocation
- Prevent mismatches between underwriting intent and actual financial transactions between captive and relevant parties
- Ensure contract certainty across policies, captive reinsurance agreements, and local certificates
- Day-to-day relationship management and program maintenance with captive managers
- Bachelors Degree, and 2 or more years of experience in the Service Delivery area
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, and 4 or more years of experience in the Service Delivery area
- Intermediate knowledge of captive reinsurance
- Experience of reinsurance accounting processes, including but not limited to reinsurance cession and cashflow
- Experience in end-to-end coordination between captive, insured, broker, and fronting partners
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, international business
- Knowledge of the business environment, finance, economics and reinsurance
- Effective communication skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Ability to effectively manage changing priorities
- Ability to build networking skills
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
